The works started at May of 2008 and completed on December of 2009 with execution of high quality and in accordance to the drawings

Value of contract 22 548 190 manat.

Main executed  works:

construction of 630 кВ and 400кВ transformer substations, 2×500м3 water reservoirs, water and sewer pump stations, boiler house; construction of 10kV external power supply line length of 3140 м, construction of external phone line length of 5585 м, construction of 2 row pressured sewer line from ПВЪ pipes length of 4640 м and diameter of 315 мм, construction of external water line from PVC pipes length of 4733 м ana diameter 76 мм, construction of middle pressured external gaz line from metal pipes length of 1800 м and diameter 159 мм

118 specialist and workers, 3  excavators, 2  tractors, 5  lorries, 2  crane, 3 concrete mixers were involved for construction works

CONSTRUCTION OF WOMAN JAIL FOR 350 PUPILS AND FOR 150 PUPILS UNDER MATURE AGE IN ZABRAT SETTLEMENT.

Construction of following buildings with total construction area of 12 450m2: long and short time meeting building for 150 person; vocational school for 150 person; roentgen building for 150 person; discipline isolator building for 150 person; guarantine building for 150 person; hostel building for 150 person; medical sanitary building for 150 person; MRNK building for 150 person; administrative building for 150 person;checkpoint building for education enterprise for150 person; store building for 150 person;registration and waiting building for 150 person; long and short time meeting building for 350 person; vocational building for 350 person; production building for 350 person; discipline isolator building for 350 person; qurantine building for 350 person; mother and child building for 350 person; store building for person; hostel for 350 person; medical sanitary building for 350 person; checkpoint for 350 person;administrative building for 350 person;  MRNK building for 350 person; supervision post, guard building of guarding battery; stone fence;2 unit transformer building; 2 unit generator building.

244 specialist and workers, 8  excavators, 3  tractors, 14  lorries, 2  crane, 12 concrete mixers were involved for construction works
